I was trying to catch up on my blog reading - a task I am forever trying to keep up with. In my blog-travels, I stopped by to see Lydia at The Perfect Pantry and read about her Drop In & Decorate Cookies for Donation. (Click here for additional info.)
Life has a funny way of bringing sparks back just when you need it. Lydia has started something that is so simple, yet makes such a difference. There is a quote on the website that speaks volumes...

Oh, it's so good to be able to read your blog again! As my computers were failing, for some reason, your blog would cause my whole system to crash! Of course, that just made me wonder what I was missing. Glad to be able to read it again.
I was just seeing this site earlier today. Its amazing what they have have going there. I do hope u can organize an event like that in your town too.Good luck with it.
